Hampton Inn and Suites - Lincoln Northeast

Check in staff were very nice, housekeepers upstairs were also very nice, Pretty much everything was great. It was so nice entering a motel room for the first time and finding it nice and light and bright, not dark. It was so refreshing to have a light colored room and bathroom. Very clean. Bed AND pillows were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good.

Breakfast was lacking —no knives to cut open bagel, out of dark roast coffee. I think she just couldn’t keep up! Floors outside the elevator were sticky. The guy who checked us in complained about working too many hours and how he hates third party bookings. Didn’t really set a good tone.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great shape. Room was immaculate. no noise from other rooms( thick walls). We didn’t swim but the pool looked super clean and bright. breakfast was impressive and parking our moving truck was a breeze!

The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with many different options.

Rooms were clean, staff exceptionally gracious.
